One of the nicest restaurants situated in the heart of Palm Beach is Echo which provides guests spectacular Asian cuisine in a sleek, stylish setting. New York-based Chef Daniel Boulud and Executive Chef, Jim Leiken, a seasoned veteran of Daniel Boulud's New York restaurants opened Cafe Boulud. The restaurant opened in July 23, 2003 and has already become a popular choice among locals. Some of the mouthwatering dishes include Smoked Salmon crispy fingerling chips, chives crème fraîche, caperberries, salmon roe, Maine Diver Scallops, cauliflower purée, heirloom radishes and turnips and saffron, raisin and pinenut brown butter, sautéed Arctic Char parsnip purée, dandelion greens brussels sprouts, chestnuts and amber lager chicken jus.
Spotos Oyster Bar is one of the best restaurants in the country for oysters.
