In a unique sit down with The Forward, a Hamas official says that if his party is in power when a Palestinian state is made, it would not abide by pre-existing peace agreements with Israel. [Forward] Meanwhile, the UN says three men executed in Gaza were killed unlawfully. At least one of the dead was killed for his relationship with Israel. [Fox News]

The Israeli transportation minister says the Jewish state shouldn’t demolish homes in a West Bank settlement. [Jerusalem Post] In other news, Israel’s conservative movement gives the okay for gay and lesbian rabbis. [AP]
