Zucchini is rich in potassium and vitamin A. Potatoes are also rich in potassium as well as vitamin B-6, iron, and magnesium. It also contains starches and carbohydrates that will fill your little one up. This is a great meal, that will leave your baby very satisfied. Hope they enjoy this balanced meal!
Makes: 8 oz puree
1/3 cup diced zucchini
4 oz turkey breast (cooked)
1/3 cup diced potato
3 oz homemade chicken stock or water (get our recipe for chicken stock)
1. Cook or steam the potato and zucchini.
2. In a bowl or small food processor, combine potato, zucchini and the turkey. Add stock. Blend with a hand blender or in your processor for 1 minute.
3. Serve to your little one immediately or refrigerate for later use.
