A new Billboard.com poll asked visitors to name the sexiest men and women in music, and the results are in.

Britney Spears topped the poll in the female category, and Adam Lambert won out in the male category (he must be happy since he only came in third for the Top 10 Most Fabulous Gay Jewish Personalities).

The former American Idol star earned 26 percent of the male vote, beating second place winner Adam Levine with twice as many votes.

Fellow Jew Drake only pulled in two percent of the vote, landing him in last place. Ouch.

But at least three Jewish males placed in their top ten list. The closest any female Jew came to their respective top ten list is Kabbalah practicing Madonna, who just took Tel Aviv by storm. And even then, she's only at number seven.

We're a little disappointed, but mazel tov to all!

J-Connection: Adam Lambert's mother is Jewish, and he identifies as a Jew by culture. He's performed several times in Hebrew (which is probably why he placed first). Adam Levine is Jewish. Drake's mother is a white Jewish Canadian. He attended Jewish day school and had a bar mitzvah.
