Apparently, partnering with Charlie Sheen is good for business!
Selma Blair, who just scored a role opposite Sheen in his new sitcom, “Anger Management,” is getting her entrepreneur on, launching a new line of handbags for those of us a little less fabulous than herself.
“They're timeless and affordable. They can be worn for years, so it's worth the few hundred bucks!” she told US Weekly.
Haha, what? A few hundred bucks? Do you come with the bag and reenact your kissing scene from “Cruel Intentions” with us if we buy it, Selma? Maybe then we’d pay the $160.
Well, there is a silver lining to the cost: A portion of the proceeds will go to the Lange Foundation, a Los Angeles no-kill animal shelter dedicated to saving homeless and abandoned pets.
Mazel, Selma. Doing good and turning a profit? As your new co-star Charlie would say, "WINNING!"
J-Connection: Selma Blair is Jewish. Born Selma Blair Beitner, she even attended a Jewish Hillel Day School, which may or may not be where she picked up her passion for expensive accessories.
