Homemade Whipped Cream

Ingredients: 1 cup heavy cream, chilled 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp powdered sugar zest from 1 lemon Instructions: 1. If possible, chill a medium bowl. Once cold, add cream, vanilla extract and powdered sugar and mix on low speed for 1 minute. 2. Increase the speed and mix for 30 seconds. Add zest.
