Three skateboards designed by the late Beastie Boy Adam Yauch, who lost his life to cancer in May, will be auctioned off in November. Yauch, aka MCA, wrote out lyrics to the rap trio’s “Bodhisattva Vow” on the boards and signed and dated each one in March. Adam Yauch, the hip-hop pioneer who co-founded the Beastie Boys, has died after a long battle with cancer. Yauch, who performed under the stage name MCA, was 47 years old.
