Galliano Won’t Teach at NY Fashion School Following Student Protest

Fashion designer John Galliano will not teach at a New York fashion school following a student protest. Parsons, the New School For Design reversed its decision to hire Galliano to teach a class after being presented a petition against the move with 2,000 signatures, the Forward reported, noting that the protest was led by Jewish students. Anti-Semitic Slogans Discovered Near Concentration Camp in Lithuania

Lithuanian police discovered Nazi slogans drawn on a former concentration camp after Adolf Hitler’s birth date. The slogans "Heil Hitler," “Jews out” in German and a swastika were scrawled on the pavement near the HKP 562 labor camp in Vilnius, Evelina Pagounis of the Vilnius police told AFP.
