John Galliano: Hasid or Hipster?

Disgraced designer John Galliano has infuriated Jewish leaders in New York by attending a Fashion Week event in the city allegedly dressed as a Hasid. The fallen fashionista, who was fired by bosses at Christian Dior after he was caught on camera during a drunken, anti-Semitic rant, was pictured in Manhattan on Tuesday sporting a hat and a long jacket with his hair in curly sidelocks. Galliano's eye-catching attire also included boots and pinstripe trousers tucked into his socks, but the outfit has angered some …More

Natalie Portman Sells Oscar Dress

Stalker or fashionista? We bet the vintage Christian Dior gown still had a wiff of Natalie Portman on it when it sold for $50,000 online. The red strapless dress may have been from 1954, but apparently that just makes it more attractive. That, and the fact that it came briefly into contact with an Oscar statuette as Portman presented the Best Actor award to Jean Dujardin. Page Six reports that a London businessman snapped up the aged frock. Is it really worth $50,000? To us, it just looks like red, polka-dotted …More

John Galliano Still A Horrible Person, Just Now A Little Poorer

Money can't buy happiness. Money can't buy love. But money can help you pay the fine for being an Anti-Semitic jerk-face fashion designer.  Yup, we're talking about John Galliano, the former head designer at Christian Dior who was fired after a video surfaced of him hurling drunken abuse on fellow patrons at a bar, including such gems as "I love Hitler," and "Your mother, your forefathers would be f---ing gassed and f---ing dead." Galliano claimed in court he had no recollection of the incident because he …More
