Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed the American people Tuesday, in a July Fourth message aired at the home of US Ambassador to Israel Dan Shapiro. In the message, Netanyahu apologized for not being there in person, as a soccer injury kept him from traveling.
