London Mayor Apologizes for Anti-Semitic Words

London mayoral candidate Ken Livingstone has apologized to the Jewish community, following his comments that Jews were too “rich” to vote for him. Jewish Leaders Accuse London’s Livingstone of ‘Classic Anti-Semitism’

Ken Livingstone, the former mayor of London seeking to reclaim his post, used language that was nearly "classic anti-Semitism" in a meeting with the city's Jewish community leaders, the leaders said.
