Jewish Billionaires Have Joint Worth of $812 Billion

The 165 Jewish billionaires around the world have $812 billion in joint wealth, Forbes Israel reported. The Hebrew magazine released its Jewish billionaires list on Thursday. The richest Jew in the world is Oracle CEO Larry Ellison, with a net worth of $43 billion, according to Forbes, up $7 billion from last year. Ellison was fifth on the Forbes 2013 world billionaires list. New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg is in second place with $27 billion, up $5 billion from 2012. He appeared 13th on the world list. …More

Google Donating NY Office Space to Cornell-Technion School

Google will donate office space to the new applied science graduate school of Cornell University and the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Google CEO Larry Page and New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg announced the partnership Monday at a news conference at the company's New York headquarters. Officials from Cornell and the Haifa-based Technion were on hand. Google Execs' Offer to Buy Hangar One Still Hanging

Google’s top three executives have made an offer to buy Hangar One, NASA’s iconic Moffett Field air base in Mountain View, California. Though their jointly owned company H211, which manages the trio’s fleet of jets, Larry Page, Sergey Brin and Eric Schmidt agreed to pay the $33 million price tag in full if they could park their eight private jets in the hangar after the renovations are complete.
