Moshe Kahlon, a government minister from the Likud Party, said he would not establish a new party, despite high polling numbers. Likud Minister Moshe Kahlon Thinking About New Party

A Likud government minister who said two weeks ago that he is quitting politics is deciding whether to establish a new party. Polls show a new party headed by outgoing Communications Minister Moshe Kahlon garnering up to 20 Knesset seats in new elections. British Ambassador Plans Israeli Centers for Holocaust Survivors

British Ambassador to Israel Matthew Gould opened the first of six clubs meant to bring together Holocaust survivors in Israel this week. Gould has raised over $1.5 million for the project in the past year and plans to raise double that amount this next year from his coalition of supporters, which includes the British Chief Rabbi’s Office, the Board of Deputies of British Jewry, and the Holocaust Education Trust.
