Rare Artifact Stolen from Tel Shiloh Archaeological Site

A recently uncovered rare archaeological artifact was stolen this week from the Tel Shiloh archaeological site. Tazpit News Agency reported last week about the artifact, a broken clay pitcher lying in a layer of reddish ashes that helped to complete the story of the devastation of Shiloh, the ancient capital of Israel during the First Israelite commonwealth. The video shows Ehud Halevi asleep on a couch at the Aliya Institute youth center in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. A Jewish group in Norway reportedly has asked Oslo police to begin registering anti-Semitic incidents following an uptick in their occurrence. Jewish Man Murdered in Morocco

An elderly Jewish man was murdered in the Northern city of Fez, Moroccan media reported Monday. The 74-year-old victim, referred to only as Benjamin, died in transit to the hospital after being struck in the head with a hammer. The assailant fled the scene, and had not yet been apprehended.
