Jewish names are scattered along Forbes’ richest people in America list, with two Members of the Tribe making the top ten. Larry Ellison, CEO of Oracle Company, ranked third with a net worth of $41 billion. New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg came in 10th with $32 billion. Adelsons Donate Additional $40 Million to Birthright

Casino billionaire Shedlon Adelson has pledged to contribute $40 million in additional funds to the Birthright Israel Foundation, doubling his original pledge for the 2013 year. The 165 Jewish billionaires around the world have $812 billion in joint wealth, Forbes Israel reported. The Hebrew magazine released its Jewish billionaires list on Thursday. The richest Jew in the world is Oracle CEO Larry Ellison, with a net worth of $43 billion, according to Forbes, up $7 billion from last year.
